Confession: this past while (about 4 years to be exact)is the first time in my life that I've not exercised regularly, though the gym is not something I contemplate due to the cardio-wonk fear factor. Muscle mass?? That depends what the wattage of the light bulb is tht's illuminating the room; or else I just stand further away from the mirror. Damned right pat of this is vanity, but the big issue is strength, posture, stamina, and better emotional health. Truly--it is a real lift to feel good about a body that's feeling fit and capable of carrying one more happily through every day. So suck it in and walk tall with me--I need reforming.
